Santa Cluas is Comin' to Town is a 1970 stop-motion animation television special, made by Rankin/Bass. The special tells all about Santa Claus, as a baby, and growing up with the Kringles. It is told and sung by Special Delivery Kluger voiced by Fred Astaire.
