Penny Candy (portrayed by Amy Hill) is a one-time character in The Puzzle Place. Her episode appearance is "Cute Is as Cute Does." She is some sort of cute woman who is "cute," as shown in her song "C-U-T-E."
Although she looks cute on the outside, she is grouchy on the inside, as shown, in her dialogue, that she has to have grapefruit juice and cornflakes for her diet, and she doesn't care what the Puzzle Place kids have awry with the garden.
