Noel MacNeal (born September 15, 1961) is a American puppeteer, writer, actor, and director of children's TV. He first came to public attention in the early 1980s. He was the voice and puppeteer of main character Bear on Bear in the Big Blue House and Breakfast with Bear. He also starred as Kako on Oobi and as Magellan on Eureeka's Castle.
On Sesame Street, MacNeal plays Mommy Snuffleupagus and various Snuffleupagus relatives. His other credits include Leon MacNeal in The Puzzle Place (which is Noel's name backwards); Raphael in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III, Madame Chairbird in the film Follow That Bird, and Rabbit on The Book Of Pooh.
