Neil Sterenberg (born Neil Simon Sterenberg; October 8, 1974) is an English puppeteer at The Jim Henson Company. He is puppeteer, singer, and voice actor of Nurse Penny Cillin in St. Bear’s Dolls Hospital. He also voiced of one of the penguins in Happy Feet (2006) and Happy Feet Two (2011).
