Jeffery, an Arctic fox, lives in the Canadian Arctic. In the Swazzle puppet show, Polly Polar Bear and the Prince of the Sea, he is friends with Polly Polar bear and Reggie. He was designed by Patrick Johnson, and built by Sean Johnson.

In December, 2006 Jeffery made an appearance on Frosty's 12 Days of Christmas Podcast as Norman, the head of Santa’s Postoffice. He was performed by Patrick Johson.
